Geoff Inskip, chief executive of Centro, has been appointed as the new Chair of pteg, taking over the role from Neil Scales.
Leicester City Council has joined pteg as an associate member.
Leicester will join pteg’s existing associate members – Nottingham City Council, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport and Transport for London.
Chair of Merseytravel, Cllr Mark Dowd, is the new Chair of the Integrated Transport Authorities Special Interest Group. The group brings together leading Councillors from the six English Integrated Transport Authorities.
