Leaders of Britain’s six largest transport authorities have paid tribute to Cllr Angus Adams, the Chair of the West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority, who died suddenly yesterday. Cllr Mark Dowd, who Chairs the ITA Special Interest Group, said:
