Julie began working for the Urban Transport Group in 2026 as their Membership and Communications Officer.

Before joining the Urban Transport Group, she worked in digital communications and media relations for the British Heart Foundation, University of Leeds and the British Library.

She has a BA in English Literature from the University of Sheffield and an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of St Andrews.
