Our annual Parliamentary Reception will be hosted by Clive Betts MP, Chair of our All Party Parliamentary Group, on Wednesday 6th March 2024 between 3-5pm in the Churchill Room, House of Commons.

As city region transport authorities we are investing heavily in supporting urban transport networks which are helping to make the urban areas we serve fairer, healthier, more sustainable and more prosperous.

At this event we will share our plans for the future of urban transport as well as take the opportunity to bring together colleagues from parliament, the transport industry, national and local government, think thanks, NGOS, business, trade unions, academics and journalists for what is always a well-attended, enjoyable and positive event.

The Secretary of State for Transport Mark Harper MP and Shadow Secretary of State for Transport Louise Haigh MP are both confirmed to speak.
