Organisational Development group - Terms of Reference
The Organisational Development Group:
-
is composed of senior Organisational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR) colleagues from UTG’s member organisations
-
shares information and best practice on OD and organisational change matters and identifies and implements consequent actions and ways of working
-
identifies and promotes best practice in the continuing development of OD and organisational change approaches, policies and procedures

provides a forum for support, advice and sharing of information in relation to OD issues
-
identifies areas for potential collaboration and sharing of resources in order to increase efficiency and to cut costs across UTG members

shares thinking, actions, programmes to attract, retain and manage talent and succession planning and identify best practice, including addressing underrepresented groups at senior levels

shares best practice to ensure compliance with Equal Opportunities legislation and enhance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) within the workforce

shares information and best practice in Learning and Development (L&D)
Ways of working:
The group currently meets online with meetings every one to two months. Regular meetings are also held focusing on EDI or L&D topics.
