UTG Leadership programme - Session 6
In session 6 of the UTG Leadership Programme, the group will learn about creating an inclusive culture, valuing staff and bringing your whole self to work. They will also learn about coaching and mentoring.
The group will hear from the West Yorkshire Inclusivity Champion, Fatima Khan-Shah who will talk about equality, diversity and inclusion and creating a fully inclusive culture.
