The Organisational Development Group: 

• is composed of senior Organisational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR) colleagues from UTG’s member organisations 

• shares information and best practice on OD and organisational change matters and identifies and implements consequent actions and ways of working 

• identifies and promotes best practice in the continuing development of OD and organisational change approaches, policies and procedures 

The Heads of Communications Group:

• is composed of senior communications colleagues from UTG’s member organisations
• provides a forum for the exchange of information, good practice and learning on communications activities (such as traditional media, social media, marketing and public relations) across the network
• provides an opportunity for UTG to share and update on its policy priorities and communications work with all members, and for UTG to receive feedback on this work
